The tire oil can be widely used as fuel oil in many industries or further refined to diesel or gasoline. Carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay, or used as fuel. Steel wire can be sold directly or recycled to produce new steel products. Even the combustible gas can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which will save energy for the whole working process. Firstly, safe. Our each set of machine is equipped with mature safety devices, such as thermometer, pressure gauge, safety valve and electric control system and so on. Once something dangerous happens, the workers will know and can take response measures in time.

Secondly, high efficiency. We adopt new type of condensers which can further ensure and improve the oil yieldrate. The catalyst is made from 24 chemicals, which not only reduces sulfur content and density of oil, but also improves its flavor and color.

Thirdly, environment friendly. In the dedusting system, three steps are used to dedust the hot smoke from reactor, more than 95% of the dust would be removed. The released gas is pollution-free and can be discharged in the air directly.

Fourthly, long service life. The reactor is made from Q245R special plate, which can lengthen the service life. The service life of the plant can reach 5-8years.
